Competition was open to sixth through eighth grade students throughout Georgia to celebrate the United States' upcoming 250th anniversary

Winning design will be produced as an official license plate displayed on vehicles across Georgia

Secretary of the Senate is directed to provide a copy of the resolution to Eden Pethel
