Congratulates Cornelius "Tobey" McDowell, owner of C. McDowell Logging in Jackson, Georgia, for being named the 2025 Georgia Logger of the Year by the Georgia Forestry Association and Southeastern Wood Producers Association

Recognizes McDowell's selection as the Southeastern Logger of the Year by the Forest Resources Association, with recognition scheduled for March 2026 in Auburn, Alabama, where he will compete for National Logger of the Year

Notes Georgia's logging industry includes more than 1,200 logging businesses supporting approximately 5,400 jobs statewide

Acknowledges McDowell's advocacy for forestry industry policies at the Georgia State Capitol and his community service through CrossOver Ministries in Jackson, Georgia

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to McDowell
