Spry served 20 years with the FBI as a CIA liaison specializing in counterintelligence and counterespionage, retiring in 2006

Received both the FBI Director's Award for Excellence and the CIA Director's Meritorious Service Award for his work on the Ames case

Currently serves as a senior management consultant and instructor for A-T Solutions and teaches at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia

Secretary of the Senate directed to provide a copy of the resolution to Special Agent Spry
