Congratulates the United Service Organizations (USO) on its 85th anniversary, celebrated February 4, 2026

USO was founded in 1941 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt as a congressionally chartered nonprofit uniting six agencies: YMCA, YWCA, National Catholic Community Service, Salvation Army, National Jewish Welfare Board, and Travelers Aide

In Georgia, USO operates at Fort Benning, Fort Stewart, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and provides outreach to Fort Gordon, Robins AFB, Dobbins AFB, Moody AFB, Albany Marine Corps Logistics, Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, and Hunter Army Airfield

Recognizes USO's continued support during national crises including September 11, 2001, natural disasters, and the COVID-19 pandemic

Directs the Clerk of the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to the USO
