Dedicates 27 portions of Georgia's state highway system, including highways, bridges, intersections, interchanges, roundabouts, and an overpass, to honor deceased or distinguished citizens

Honorees include military veterans (Korean War, Vietnam, World War II), civil rights leaders (Rev. Dr. Hosea Williams, J.D. Winston who mentored Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.), physicians, educators, local business owners, and public servants

Notable dedications include the Medal of Honor Recipient Colonel Ralph Puckett Jr. Roundabout in Muscogee County and the US Army Cpl. Dewey E. Rewis Jr. Memorial Bridge (Korean War POW whose remains were returned in 2022)

Locations span multiple Georgia counties including Chatham, Forsyth, Fulton, Cobb, Franklin, and Walker counties

Directs the Georgia Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for all dedicated road facilities
