Commends Earnest "Ernie" Broadwell for his service to the Fayette County Democratic Committee (FCDC) since 1992, including roles as treasurer, zone leader, committee chair, and Chair of the FCDC since 1996

Recognizes Broadwell's receipt of the 2008 Thomas Murphy Lifetime Achievement Award from the state party

Notes the FCDC established the Ernie Broadwell Award in 2012 in his honor

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies of the resolution to Broadwell and the Fayette County Democratic Committee
