Charged with studying concerns about AI replacing human artistry, potential job losses for creative workers, and confusion between AI-generated and handcrafted work

Committee members receive standard legislative allowances for up to 5 days unless additional days are authorized, funded through Senate appropriations

Committee must file any findings or legislative recommendations with the Secretary of the Senate and stands abolished on December 1, 2026
