Recognizes more than 2.5 million Georgia residents are under 18 years of age

Notes Georgia's high school graduation rate increased from 67.4% in 2011 to 79.2% in 2016

Encourages all citizens to recognize and celebrate the achievements and potential of Georgia's youngest residents

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies of the resolution to the public and press
