Dedicates the intersection of State Route 9/Highway 19 and Pinetree Way in Lumpkin County as the "Donald Seabolt Intersection"

Honors Donald Lyn Seabolt for over 50 years of public safety service in Dahlonega and Lumpkin County, including military service with the 25th Infantry Division beginning in 1968

Recognizes Seabolt's emergency services career: volunteer fire chief of Lumpkin County starting in 1972, the county's first paramedic, civil defense director, and director of the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Emergency Management Agency

Credits Seabolt with designing and implementing Lumpkin County's 9-1-1 system and serving as president of the Emergency Management Association of Georgia

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs at the dedicated intersection
