Recognizes and commends Georgia Advancing Communities Together, Inc., a statewide member organization for nonprofit affordable housing and community development organizations

Acknowledges Georgia ACT's work connecting Community Development Corporations and nonprofits to build organizational capacity and improve life outcomes for Georgia residents

Notes the 2026 Housing Day event will allow General Assembly members to hear from constituents and housing practitioners about expanding housing supply, preventing homelessness, and supporting community development

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to Georgia ACT
