Bangladesh has participated in 63 UN peacekeeping missions across 43 countries, deploying more than 200,000 uniformed personnel, with approximately 6,000 currently serving in eight ongoing missions

At least 174 Bangladeshi peacekeepers have died and more than 280 have been injured in the line of duty

Acknowledges tens of thousands of Bangladeshi Americans residing in Georgia, including former Bangladesh Army members who served in UN peacekeeping missions

Expresses respect and gratitude to Bangladeshi peacekeepers and conveys solidarity to families of those who made the ultimate sacrifice, including families residing in Georgia
