Highlights presidential accomplishments including recovery from the Great Recession, rescue of the American auto industry, expansion of health care access, end of the Iraq War, and receipt of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize

Condemns racist attacks against Obama throughout his career, including the "birther" movement and a 2026 video posted by the sitting U.S. President depicting the Obama family as monkeys, which U.S. Senator Tim Scott called "the most racist thing I've seen out of this White House"

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies of the resolution to the public and press
