Notes SFI's Student Freedom Loan Agreement program has received 1,942 applicants and disbursed $26.7 million to reduce student reliance on traditional private loans

Recognizes HBCU AWAREFEST as a 2026 initiative launched in partnership with the City of Atlanta, Mayor Andre Dickens, and Live Nation Urban to address the student debt crisis and economic mobility

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to the Student Freedom Initiative
