Organization operates under four strategic pillars: Education (Bethune-Height Changemaker Pathway), Health Equity (Good Health WINs), Economic Justice (RISE), and Social Justice advocacy

Georgia State Coalition maintains presence through 13 community sections and 19 collegiate sections statewide, led by State President Dr. Gloria Dodson
