Creates the Senate Parent Accountability for Student Success Study Committee composed of five senators appointed by the President of the Senate

Directs the committee to study issues related to parental accountability in education, including rising student misconduct (disrespect toward staff, physical altercations, vaping, drug use), declining parental engagement in academic oversight, and increasing chronic absenteeism rates

Authorizes committee members to receive per diem allowances for up to five days of meetings unless additional days are approved, with funding from Senate appropriations

Requires the committee to file a report with findings and any proposed legislation with the Secretary of the Senate prior to abolishment

Committee stands abolished on December 1, 2026
