Dedicates a portion of State Route 16 in Coweta County as the "Ellis Crook Highway," running from the roundabout intersection with State Route 54 to the intersection with Broad Street in Senoia

Honors Ellis Crook, a lifelong Senoia resident who served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and founded multiple local businesses including Crook's Grocery (1960), Crook's Tire & Auto (1966), and McIntosh Finance (1990)

Recognizes Crook's community leadership roles including founding and serving as first president of the Senoia Area Business Association, and service on the Coweta County Zoning Appeals Board and Coweta County Hospital Authority

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage for the Ellis Crook Highway
