Beach was appointed by President Donald J. Trump to serve as United States Treasurer, overseeing the U.S. Mint, Fort Knox, and advising on fiscal policy

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs for the dedicated highway

Authorizes the Secretary of the Senate to distribute copies of the resolution to Treasurer Beach and the Department of Transportation
