Georgia Senate Resolution 934 recognizes and commends Mike Dobbs for his 10 years of leadership at Camp Southern Ground, an inclusive summer camp for children of all abilities and a renewal center for veterans and their families founded by Zac Brown.

Under Dobbs' leadership since early 2016, the organization raised over $77 million to build out the campus and establish mission-driven programming.

Dobbs transitioned the camp's fundraising model from founder-dependent to a diversified, sustainable base of corporate, foundation, and family philanthropy.

The Secretary of the Senate is directed to provide an appropriate copy of the resolution to Mike Dobbs.
