Serves as a Georgia Smoke Diver and FLAMES Chief of Development, training hundreds of firefighters throughout Georgia, Florida, and internationally

Developed and implemented a preparatory academy for Paulding County personnel and led the department's first-ever awards banquet with a peer-nomination recognition system

Became one of the first Paulding County Fire & Rescue members to earn NPQ certification as an Aerial Operator and serves on the department's Recruitment and Retention Committee
