Acknowledges the Globetrotters as goodwill ambassadors who have represented the United States in over 120 countries while promoting unity and cultural understanding

Recognizes their youth empowerment efforts through the Michael Douglas Youth Foundation, Harlem Legends speaking engagements, and youth basketball clinics emphasizing teamwork and leadership

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to the Harlem Globetrotters
