Amends murder in the second degree statute to include acts committed with intent to cause serious bodily injury that result in death, in addition to intentional or knowing acts that cause death.

Defines "simulated firearm" as any object that substantially resembles a firearm, can reasonably be perceived as a firearm, or is used or brandished as a firearm.

Adds simulated firearm to terroristic threatening in the first degree offense when used in connection with threats.

Adds simulated firearm to robbery in the first degree offense when the person is armed with a simulated firearm during the commission of theft or non-consensual taking of a motor vehicle.

Takes effect on September 14, 2047.
