Removes the sunset provision from Act 82, Session Laws of Hawaii 2003, making permanent the liability protection provisions for public entities related to warning signs on public lands.

Eliminates the June 30, 2010 repeal date that was scheduled for Act 82's warning sign liability protections.

Maintains the existing process for developing legally adequate warning systems on improved public lands to enhance public safety.

Allows the State and counties to continue operating under the liability protections established by Act 82 without time limitation.
