Authorizes the Bureau of Conveyances to accept electronic copies of plans, maps, and other documents for filing purposes.

Allows the Bureau to furnish copies of instruments and documents in photographic, electronic, or electrostatic form.

Permits the Bureau to convert into electronic form information or documents that were recorded prior to the effective date of the Act.

Enables the Bureau to more efficiently process document recordation and return original documents to appropriate parties.

Department of Land and Natural Resources supported the bill; Committee on Water, Land, & Ocean Resources recommended passage and referral to Committee on Judiciary.
