Requires legislators to disclose each source of annual income from a single source that is $25,000 or more, excluding legislative salary.

Requires disclosure of income sources that represent 25% or more of the legislator's total annual income from all sources, excluding legislative salary.

Applies only to income sources that may have an interest in the outcome of legislation.

Adds new disclosure requirements to Chapter 84 of Hawaii Revised Statutes in addition to existing disclosure requirements under section 84-17.

Takes effect upon approval.
