Expands geographic locations where individuals can earn the required 1,500 hours of practical experience to become a licensed pharmacist in Hawaii to include the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

Changes practical experience requirement to be "predominantly related to the practice of pharmacy" rather than requiring experience to occur specifically in a pharmacy setting.

Allows practical experience to be earned in pharmaceutical settings beyond traditional pharmacies, including clinics and acute care facilities.

Recognizes that the University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Pharmacy is the only pharmacy program in the Pacific Basin and serves students from multiple Pacific territories and countries who will practice in diverse healthcare settings.
