Requires persons sentenced for graffiti-related offenses to remove graffiti from the damaged property in addition to any other penalty imposed.

Mandates community service removing graffiti from other property within 100 yards of the offense site for a period not exceeding the maximum sentence length for the underlying offense.

Requires defendants to reimburse property owners for costs incurred in removing graffiti from other property within 100 yards of the offense site.

Specifies that property owner consent must be obtained prior to removal of graffiti to avoid safety risks, particularly from electrical equipment.

Effective upon approval.
