Requires the Disability and Communication Access Board to charge fees for reviewing plans and specifications of public buildings, facilities, and sites for compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines and Federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988

Directs the board to establish by rule a fee schedule with reasonable tiered fees based on estimated construction costs

Provides an interim fee schedule to remain in effect until the board formally adopts its own fee schedule by rule

Revenue from fees will help defray costs of the review process conducted by the board to ensure accessibility for persons with disabilities
