Appropriates $7,377,244 to the Senate for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2011, including the 2010 regular session and legislative information system costs.

Appropriates $10,481,787 to the House of Representatives for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2011, including the 2010 regular session and legislative information system costs.

Appropriates $3,371,783 to the Office of the Auditor for operations ($2,408,013), the State Ethics Commission ($813,170), and special studies and legislative requests ($150,000) during fiscal year 2010-2011.

Appropriates $2,550,828 to be deposited into the audit revolving fund and $6,300,000 from that fund for the auditor's audit functions during fiscal year 2010-2011.

Appropriates $2,861,633 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $998,342 to the Office of the Ombudsman, and $175,000 for the legislative broadcast program during fiscal year 2010-2011.
