Amends the definition of "dependent-beneficiary" under the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) law relating to unmarried disabled children.

Replaces the previous standard for disabled dependents (incapable of self-support due to mental or physical incapacity existing before age 19) with qualification for Medicare benefits under 42 U.S.C. section 426(b).

Aligns state law with federal Medicare standards for determining disability eligibility among dependent beneficiaries.

Takes effect on July 1, 2010.
