Allows individuals attached to a regular employer not offering work to receive unemployment insurance benefits even if they voluntarily or involuntarily separate from part-time employment, with or without good cause.

Applies to individuals already receiving partial unemployment benefits who are exempt from work search and registration requirements.

Committee finds the measure rational as it would encourage unemployed individuals attached to regular employers to seek additional employment opportunities.

Committee recommends passage to Second Reading and referral to the Committee on Ways and Means.
