HI HB2264

Requires the state historic places review board to record the status of historic properties in the bureau of conveyances or land court when they are entered into the national register or Hawaii register of historic places.

Applies to both privately owned historic properties and those owned or controlled by the State.

Directs the state historic places review board to record all historic properties already listed on the national register or Hawaii register as of the bill's effective date by no later than June 30, 2012.

Takes effect upon approval.
