Statutorily establishes a School of Travel Industry Management at the University of Hawaii at Manoa as a separate and independent entity from any school or college of business administration at the university.

School shall be under direction of a dean or director appointed by the university president with board of regents approval, with the restriction that this person cannot simultaneously serve as dean or director of any business administration school or college.

School is authorized to offer courses of study and confer degrees as deemed appropriate and authorized by the board of regents.

Effective date is January 1, 2112.
