Amends Act 72 from the 2005 Session Laws by extending the repeal date of provisional driver's license requirements from January 9, 2011 to January 9, 2013.

Extends the sunset provision by two years, allowing the provisional driver's license statutory provisions to remain in effect until January 9, 2013.

Upon repeal on January 9, 2013, sections 286-102, 286-104, 286-106, 286-108, 286-110, 286-111, 286-112, 286-113, 286-114, and 286-117 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes shall be reenacted in their previous form.

Takes effect upon approval.
