Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 188-40.6 to add signage requirements for shark feeding prohibition laws.

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) to adopt rules for development and placement of signs at harbor facilities and on commercial tour vessels notifying the public of state and federal laws prohibiting shark feeding.

Signs must state or summarize penalties for violating shark feeding prohibitions under federal and state laws.

Signs must be designed and positioned to maximize visibility without unduly obstructing vessel or facility operations.

Maintains existing prohibitions on shark feeding except for traditional Hawaiian cultural or religious practices that are non-commercial, and permits exceptions authorized by law or DLNR permits.
