Removes the 2% fee on gross sales price from broadcasting, television, Internet, and motion picture rights that mixed martial arts promoters were required to pay.

Retains the 2% fee on subscription or pay-per-view telecast admission fees for viewing mixed martial arts contests.

Maintains existing license fees of 4% on first $50,000 of admission receipts and 3% over $50,000 for fiscal years 2009-2010 through 2012-2013, and 6% of total gross admission receipts for fiscal years beginning July 1, 2013.

Removes the definition of "gross receipts" that previously included income from print, internet, broadcasting, television, and motion picture rights.

Effective upon approval.
