Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 444-8(c) to allow specialty contractors to execute contracts involving multiple crafts or trades when incidental work is involved.

Adds a monetary threshold limiting incidental work by specialty contractors to no more than one-half of one percent of the total project value.

Clarifies that work in crafts or trades other than the contractor's specialty license must be both incidental and supplemental to remain allowable under the exception.

Takes effect on July 1, 2010.
