Requires the Registrar of Conveyances to provide management, control, and title information to adjoining landowners upon request for any public roads, alleys, trails, streets, ways, or other public highways.

Extends information-sharing requirement to waterways and water courses.

Aims to facilitate maintenance of privately owned roads and streams by ensuring adjoining property owners have access to relevant public conveyance records.
