Transfers administrative responsibility for Aloha Stadium from the Department of Accounting and General Services to the University of Hawaii.

Moves the stadium authority under the University of Hawaii's oversight, with the authority to remain responsible for maintaining, operating, and managing the stadium and related facilities.

Transfers all stadium authority officers and employees to the University of Hawaii while preserving their salary, tenure, benefits, and seniority.

Transfers all stadium authority property, equipment, contracts, and records to the University of Hawaii.

Effective date is July 1, 2009.
