Allows the renting of dwelling units on a long- or short-term basis as a permitted use within Hawaii's agricultural districts, with "dwelling unit" defined as in section 521-8.

Adds new section (f) to HRS § 205-4.5 to explicitly permit rental of dwelling units while maintaining existing agricultural use restrictions for Class A and B lands.

Renumbers subsequent subsections accordingly, changing former subsection (f) regarding agricultural land subdivision and leasing to subsection (g).

Takes effect upon approval with no specified effective date delay.
