Requires the Legacy Land Conservation Commission to prioritize the Maui north shore heritage park for recommendation to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for land acquisition.

Declares that the lands meet criteria established under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 173A-2.6 for legacy land conservation.

Defines the Maui north shore heritage park as approximately 128.2 acres across six parcels on Maui's north shore, including natural sand dunes, coastal beaches, wetlands, and existing parks from Sprecklesville to Paia.

Supported by U.S. Representative Mazie Hirono, the Democratic Party of Hawaii, the Sierra Club's Maui Group, and the Maui General Plan Advisory Committee.

Takes effect upon approval.
