Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 205-4.5 to permit office-based businesses to operate in farm dwellings within agricultural districts.

Office business use is allowed in farm dwellings provided the business requires only office environment functions, is conducted entirely within the dwelling, and does not increase motor vehicle traffic.

Applies to farm dwellings in agricultural districts with Class A or B soil productivity ratings.

Changes existing subsection (f) to (g) to accommodate the new office business provisions in agricultural district land use regulations.

Effective upon approval.
