Extends the sunset date of the Aha Kiole Advisory Committee from June 30, 2009, to June 30, 2011, allowing continued operation to establish an aha moku council system using Hawaiian methodology for land and ocean stewardship

Transfers the Committee from the Department of Land and Natural Resources to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs

Appropriates funds for fiscal years 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 to enable the Committee to perform its duties during the extended period

Requires the Committee to submit an updated final report to the Legislature prior to the convening of the 2010 Regular Session
