Request the State Auditor to conduct a comprehensive management and financial audit of the Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG).

Audit must include an analysis of HIANG's promotional procedures used in selecting commanding officers, addressing concerns about the reliability of the senior officer and command selection process.

Audit must examine HIANG's strategic and financial plan, budgeting process, and forecasting procedures for future financial needs.

Audit to include any other matters the Auditor would normally undertake as necessary or appropriate in a system-wide financial audit.

Direct transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Governor, Auditor, Adjutant General, and Commander of HIANG.
