Highlights severe health disparities among Native Hawaiians including cancer mortality 50% higher, diabetes prevalence 87% higher, asthma 71% higher, heart disease mortality 86% higher, and obesity 119% higher than the general Hawaii population.

Notes Native Hawaiians have the lowest life expectancy of all population groups in Hawaii and comprise only 4% of the physician workforce in the state.

Requires transmission of the resolution to the President, U.S. Congress leadership, Hawaii's congressional delegation, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
