Requests the Department of Education submit a report to the Legislature on the public school junior kindergarten program by twenty days prior to the 2011 Regular Session.

Requires the report to include enrollment data, retention and promotion numbers for each school participating in the junior kindergarten program since its inception.

Requires information on improvements to junior kindergarten curriculum, assessment methods for placement decisions, and teacher training status.

Requires any available long-term or longitudinal data on how junior kindergarten participation impacts students' subsequent academic progress.

Directs the Department to include findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation in the report.
