Recognizes March 11, 2010, as World Kidney Day in Hawaii to raise awareness of kidney disease prevention and encourage screenings for diabetes and hypertension.

Recognizes April 2010 as Organ Donor Awareness Month in Hawaii to honor organ donors and promote the importance of organ donation.

Encourages Hawaii residents to learn about kidney disease, organ donation needs, and to discuss donation with families, physicians, and religious leaders.

Urges county driver's licensing divisions to cooperate with the Organ Donor Center of Hawaii to educate the public about organ donation.

Encourages local businesses, utilities, and state/county employers to distribute organ donation educational materials with April 2010 billing statements and paychecks.
