Urges United States Congress to designate the Honor and Remember Flag as a national symbol recognizing the nation's commitment to honoring members of the US Armed Forces who have lost their lives in the line of duty

Committees on Public Safety and Military Affairs and Transportation, International and Intergovernmental Affairs received testimony in support from one individual

Committees affirmed the measure as fitting and proper to recognize military members who have fought to protect freedoms and combat tyranny and oppression worldwide

Both committees concur with the intent and purpose of the resolution and recommend its adoption
