Supports correction of a 2003 land exchange between the State of Hawaii and the Aloha Council of the Boy Scouts of America that inadvertently omitted tax map key number (1) 5-9-05-077 from the recorded conveyance documents.

The parcel was included in all original approvals including Board of Land and Natural Resources meetings, independent appraisal, concurrent resolutions, Act 27 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2003), and public notices, but was accidentally omitted from the 2004 Bureau of Conveyances recording.

Resolves that the Legislature supports amending the 2004 conveyance documents to include the omitted parcel and convey it to the Aloha Council of the Boy Scouts of America consistent with the original intent of the land exchange.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Governor, Speaker of the House, Senate President, Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, Aloha Council CEO, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
