Address inappropriate juvenile placements that occur due to lack of communication between agencies or unknown service options

Enable probation officers, judiciary, community agencies, social workers, families, and others to access current information on appropriate placement options for juveniles' specific needs

Prevent developmental hardship and improve rehabilitation efforts by ensuring juveniles are placed in programs matching their required level of care
