Request the Department of Land and Natural Resources to provide Molokini Shoal tour operators with no less than 90 days written notice of any new final permit conditions.

Request DLNR to seek input from Molokini Shoal tour boat operators regarding the advisability, practicality, and ease of implementation of any proposed new permit conditions.

Actions requested where possible and with due consideration for the protection of marine resources.

Direct transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Natural Resources.
